We analyse your business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundant steps and streamline them to deliver greater efficiency and value.

We have extensive experience in process modelling and architecture with BPMN and EPC (using tools like ARIS). We have worked with NSW Government to develop its standard corporate services processes, and subsequently localising and deploying them across many agencies.

Our team takes a holistic approach by incorporating process, policy, metrics, technology, data and taxonomy as integral elements to develop business improvement initiatives.

ERP Implementation Services.

Our implementation services team works with your sponsor, stakeholders and systems integrator to build an integrated plan, highlighting the interdependencies with business projects and other IT projects and identifying resourcing needs.

Our project delivery methodology is tailored to the size, scope and selected technology platform and can be waterfall, agile or hybrid. We incorporate checkpoints to deliver expected outcomes, provide transparency to stakeholders and ensure the project is tracking to plan.

We bring our standard toolsets that have been developed and refined over time, and these can be leveraged to accelerate project activities. They provide structure and rigour ensuring all aspects are considered, thereby reducing risk.

Our team is highly experienced in representing the business interests and delivering projects alongside the subject matter experts. Our experience means that we understand business requirements and translate them into a functional design that can be used by the systems implementer to develop solutions.

We supplement your team with capability and experience in all stages of the project including testing and data mapping. Program & project management.

Our management services extend from the establishment of a full program management office (including processes and disciplines) to providing advice and support in the running of existing projects, setting up project governance, project management tools and templates and supplementing your project management capability. Our project managers are also certified Prince2 practitioners and are MSP qualified.
